Important Information on Registration
There is no fee to attend Compass Academy Charter School. We are a Public School. All students must be registered in order to attend, but class sizes are limited.

Registration periods are from Monday-Friday each week. Once slots are full, your child will be placed on a wait-list.
In order to enroll your child in Compass Academy Charter School, it is best to download and fill out the form (see below) as well as bring the required documents when you visit.
Proof of Residency
3 of the following:
- NJ driver’s license
- property deed
- mortgage statement
- lease
- notarized statement from
- landlord
- current utility bill
Proof of Guardianship
1 of the following:
- original birth certificate with raised seal (hospital birth certificate is not acceptable) or,
- a copy of section of court decree awarding custody
Proof of Enrollment (Local District)
Proof of enrollment in local school district:
- child’s report card
- letter from district indicating you have registered
Proof of Immunization
Up-to-date immunization record from school or doctor
*In order to complete your enrollment registration, a district transfer card MUST be submitted within 14 days. Failure to produce a district transfer card will result in an incomplete registration. Therefore, your child will be unenrolled from Compass Academy until we receive the district documentation as a result.
